Pro business Republican Gary Howell from Mineral taking on Bob Williams. When you see these two standing side by side in a meet the candidates forum and you hear them speak, no comparison exists. Webb pulled over 90% of the Democratic vote in Mineral against Williams so there will be hometown support for Howell even among Democrats. If Gary also takes Preston in a big way, we could see the GOP picking up this seat. The race will require a lot of work and thankfully there are a lot of people who really want to get him in there.
