Unfortunately Joanne, Carrie Webster will continue to be elected because voters in her district think they’re committing a crime if they vote for a Republican. Most of them still think they’re voting for the Democrat party of FDR when they’re really voting for the Democrat party of Nancy Peoples Guthrie and Carrie Webster. Ironically enough, they think they’re voting for working people when they vote for these elitists.

Go figure.

I am so tired of West Virginia politics at the local, county, and state levels. There may be corruption in all states but being a resident of West Virginia, I am aware of what goes on here. I am a hard working West Virginian who struggles to get ahead (being a “regular” state employee). I am tired of the greediness of our representatives who don’t give a damn about honest working people who just want to enjoy a comfortable life, but are not able to because of the “old boy” system that lets people get away with stepping all over the “regular people.” I want to know how Carrie Webster gets elected. Was this her first term? If so, hopefully, it will be her last.
