Vic…you left out, “…and if it turns out it really wasn’t Desmond Clark’s image caught on the security cameras at Taco Bell pumping six (6) bullets into Nalisha Gravely while she tried to hide in a utility closet defenseless.” Mr. Murray was trying to be politically correct - not a wise move for a person running for a position where one has to take a tough stance on crime. I also agree with Ray - once the charges are filed, the State needs to pick them up.

The Legislature needs to pass a law that doesn’t allow victims of domestic violence to drop charges. Once the abuser is arrested, that’s it, they go to court. Whether the victim agrees to testify or not.
Maybe this would have helped in this Clark case.
