Pro-Life Rally at the Legislature March 13, 2009
Thursday, March 19 at noon at the Capitol.
Those pro-lifers out there who want to make an impression on the Legislature should attend. I’ve spoken to it in the past and it’s always a great rally.
Of course, most of the Democrats in the Legislature are “pro-life.” Their constituents wouldn’t elect them otherwise, so most give lip service to it, go back home and campaign on it and never have any plans of passing any pro-life legislation.
Go up there and show your support.

Especially the chairs of the committees–Emperor Joseph made certain that no embarrassing pro-life legislation would ever reach him. ‘Cause if our Joe is going national, he cannot be pro-life in the Democrat Party. It already worked as he was allowed to speak at the convention. Remember, the late pro-life Bob Casey as sitting governor of PA was NOT allowed to speak at a Democrat Convention.
Don’t you just love the Democrats’ working definitions of “free speech” and “choice”??
Joan, I hate to admit it, but even Joe would be an improvement on Obama.
People who are truly “Pro-Life” are Pro-choice, for that is the ONLY stance that supports the dignity of women. Pro-Lifers would force women to be broodmares, and poor women, who are diproportionately the victime of sexual assault, and forced impregnation,to be violated a second time by being unable to control their own bodies.
If you belive that an embryo is more sacred than a woman’s right over her own body, than you can choose not to have an abortion.
But many religious people believe that all children should be wanted and borne as a result of unions of love and maturity.
So called Pro-lifers seem to abandon the children who are most in need at their birth. They castigate the poor whomk jesus loved, and allow the rpisoners to be tortured and degraded inside prisons, and be slaves to addiiction, violence, and unspeakble horrors of genrational violence.
So much concern for an emryo, and so little concern for LIFE. So much blaming the victims, and so little PREVENTION.
So much HYPOCRaCY from the comfy, and increasing DISPOSIBILITY of the poor.
The choice to have a baby is sacred…and the choice to responsibily terminate a pregnancy is too.
